This is not about my Magazine, this is about Wing’s disloyalty and betrayal by siding with Elmer after Elmer and I had an intense argument about Hong Kong Parliament in front of an audience on 2022-DEC-21 in Toronto.

Things were great between Wing and I even when he was presenting my Magazine to Elmer on 2022-DEC-21 at the restaurant and taking pictures and videos.

Less than one hour later, Wing sided with Elmer after Elmer and I argued over Hong Kong Parliament.

This issue is an energy-vampire robbing my time and energy, I shall write down the facts before I forget them, and close this open-cycle.

JEFF TAM:

I should have had a written agreement with Wing instead of a gentlemen’s agreement .

Wing and I jumped into this project eagerly to promote and raise Liberate Hong Kong Square’s profile based on friendship alone.

In my naiveté, I thought Wing and I could work things out and resolve issues when they arose.
Many small issues on the fly were resolved quickly, but this one big issue had grown in size exponentially.
I am old and experienced enough in my career and life to know better.
I need to introspectively reflect upon myself to see what characteristic of me allowed me to let down my guard and lower my shields to this level.

Wing invited me to meet him personally on 2023-JAN-30, but Wing was furiously posting multiple posts daily on various Facebook and WhatsApp Groups; and therefore I thought Wing had gone mad, so I decided it was appropriate to avoid physical contact.

A few good friends suggested I delete the Amazon Listing of my Magazine to please everyone; but pleasing everyone is not the correct thing to do in this case.

A good friend reminded me the people I am up against are more famous than I and have many fans who are likely to side with their idol without caring about the facts, and therefore putting me into a disadvantage.
This makes this Online Memorial even more important as my only defence.

As I apply my “Compliance Department” training and start to write down the facts in this Online Memorial, I find my heart “hardening” and this reminds me of the scripture when God hardened the pharaoh’s heart, and this is NOT a good thing to happen to me.

So when I write of actions of men including myself, I remind myself that I am a sinner in the eyes of God, and so my words need to be gentle and true.

WING:

Things were great between Wing and I even when he was presenting my Magazine to Elmer on 2022-DEC-21 at the restaurant and taking pictures and videos.

Less than one hour later, Wing sided with Elmer after Elmer and I argued over Hong Kong Parliament.

Shortly afterwards, Wing began a relentless daily campaign of posting more than 100+ times in various Facebook Groups and WhatsApp Groups, for me to take down my Amazon listing of my Magazine.

Taking down my Amazon listing of my Magazine is just Wing’s excuse for his disloyalty and betrayal, using my Magazine as a distraction for him to garner support.

Wing and I had a gentlemen’s agreement, and Wing broke our agreement after he sided with Elmer; this is about Wing’s disloyalty and betrayal.

Wing has yet to respond to my challenge to write a permission-letter to allow me to release the private conversations between Wing and I which proves Wing fully relinquished to me 100% of his rights to ALL THE MATERIAL of Liberate Hong Kong Square, and Wing was fully aware and allowed me to ask for donations and keep 100% of all donations to cover the production costs of my Magazine.

There were no royalties received, no profits made, no donations received; we lost time, effort, and friendship.

Chalk this down as Beavis and Butthead, that means Wing and I, both being childish.
